Products & prices

Product pages describe each item and its available options. Prices are shown in euros. Any additional charge must be clearly disclosed before payment. Stitched construction adds €5 where offered; custom name/number personalisation adds €5. Review your selected options and total before placing an order.

Order details

Please enter accurate delivery and personalisation details. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order; we will explain what can still be changed. Restrictions on changing personalised orders do not override rights concerning faulty goods or errors we make.

Your rights

Shipping, cancellation and guarantee terms are set out in the corresponding policies. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Any choice of Portuguese law will not remove mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Updates will not retrospectively alter an existing order.
