Change of mind

For eligible non-personalised goods, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Email contact@dunksupply.com or use the withdrawal wording below; no explanation is required.

You pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Handle products only as needed to inspect them; excessive handling may reduce the refund, rather than automatically remove your cancellation right.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and applicable basic outbound delivery cost within 14 days of cancellation notification. We may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional cost.

Personalised jerseys

Goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a custom name/number, may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Choosing a standard listed player, size or version does not automatically make an item personalised. Personalised goods retain statutory rights if faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact contact@dunksupply.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess it.

New goods covered by Portuguese consumer law benefit from a three-year legal guarantee of conformity. Repair, replacement, price reduction or termination/refund are available under the applicable legal conditions. Remedies are provided without charge where required by law. This is separate from change-of-mind returns and does not cover ordinary wear or damage caused by misuse.
